Scope of Warranty
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of Pallet Storage Solutions products.
- Coverage Period – Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
- Application – Warranty coverage applies only when products are used within rated capacities, properly installed, and maintained in accordance with our guidelines.
- Workmanship Guarantee – Installation performed by Pallet Storage Solutions or its authorized contractors is covered for defects related to labor and workmanship.
- Notification Requirement – Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovering the issue.
